Combustion control

For optimation of combustion processes proper dosing of combustion air is essential. The control must be based on representative monitoring of O2 and CO content in flue gas at high furnace temperatures. Conventional O2 monitoring is not always sufficient for an effective burner control. Parallel O2 and CO monitoring provides the representative information.

Fuel gas and combustion air flow

Thermal conductivity, fluidistor, ultrasonic, and discontinuity based flow monitors to monitor even hot and havily polluted gases

Filter watch monitoring

Filter watch monitoring systems allow easy identification of a
defective sleeve. This monitoring helps effective maintenance
planning and significantly prolongs sleeve life expectancy.

Working area monitors

Particulate and toxic gas working area monitoring

Continuous monitoring of emissions

EU legislation typically requires monitoring of SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, O2, particles and flow. CEMS can be extended by HCl, HF, NH3, TOC and Hg. Data systems allow flexible implementation in accordance to local legislation and plant specifications. All the instruments must fulfill QAL1 certification requirements.
Purpose of these instruments is flue gas testing and proper setting of boiler systems. Rugged instruments designed for harsh industrial environment allowing remote communication.

Flow and sampling monitoring of solid materials

Flow monitoring and representative sampling of bulk materials for later laboratory analysis.
